In order for us to meet their needs and deliver top quality, it is important that:
- Meeting rooms are booked no later than three days before arrival. Contact us if you want a meeting room within three days.
- Food up to 12 people ordered from the menu can be made until 13.00 the day before.
- Cancellation of food for up to 12 people can be canceled no later than two days before.
- When ordering refreshments from 12 people and up to 30 people, this must be done no later than seven working days in advance, and by using the contact form on this page.
- The auditorium for 50 people must be confirmed four weeks before the event date.
- The auditorium can be canceled no later than three weeks before the event date.
- For meetings, conferences, seminars or events for 30 people and up that require more planning, please send us an inquiry using the contact form on the website.
At evening events:
Evening events must be confirmed no later than five weeks in advance. If canceled three weeks before, there may be costs for personnel and raw materials. Send your request using the contact form on the website, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
